Detailed Description

Request to handover control of a processor to another host if permitted.

Provides a means for the host with current control to relinquish a physical processor control to another host in the permitted list.

Parameters

hdr	Generic TISCI message header. |*
processor_id	Specifies a Processor ID.
host_id	Specifies the new host to hand over control to.
