Update Information
A Service Release contains bug fixes and updated device
support. A service release contains all the content from
all previous service releases. i.e. service release 2 is
a superset of service release 1. A service release can
be installed on any previous CCStudio v3.3 release. If
you are using a 3rd Party emulator please check the
company's website to obtain the appropriate drivers.
We will indicate in description below if there is a change
introduced that requires a driver update (remember to check
see if previous releases required an update).
The
release notes will provide the complete listing of the bugs
addressed in each service release. Links to previous service releases are provided, however it
is recommended that you install the latest service release.
Important Note: Some
new devices may require updates to DSP/BIOS or the Code
Generation tools in addition to the Code Composer Studio
service release. These Updates are also available from
the Update Advisor.
