Default thread enable.

• If set to true, the switch will use the defthreadval for the host interface thread id if no classifier is matched
• If set to false, the switch will generate its own thread Id based on port and priority if there is no classifier match

threadId

This field specifies the default thread Id value

priorityOrEn

OR priority of packet with default thread

macPortDfltThreadDis
