Function Documentation

double atanhdp_c ( double  a  ) 

Description:
The atanhdp function returns the inverse hyperbolic tangent function of a real floating-point argument a. The input must be within the range [-1, 1].
Parameters:
[in] a = Input double
Returns:
Resultant double
Special Cases:
  • If a is not within the range [-1, 1], the return value is NaN (Not a Number).
  • If |a| = 1, the return value is is INF (infinity).
  • If a is NaN (Not a Number), the return value is NaN.
