bool CpswAle_SetDefaultThreadConfigInArgs::defaultThreadEnable

Default thread enable - When set the switch will use the defthreadval for the host interface thread ID if no classifier is matched. If clear the switch will generate its own thread ID based on port and priority if there is no classifier match

uint32_t CpswAle_SetDefaultThreadConfigInArgs::threadId

This field specifies the default thread ID value.

OR priority of packet with default thread

Do not use default thread for mac only port
