Notify event number used for client notifications

UInt8 FrameQ_Config_Tag::maxInstances

Maximum instances

UInt32 FrameQ_Config_Tag::usedefaultgate

If set to TRUE, FrameQ instances will use dafault gate set in FrameQ. If default gate is not set in FrameQ, it uses GateMP's default gate. Set it to zero if FrameQ needs to create gate for a instance (remoteProtect and localProtect flags should be valid in params in this case).
