A **Resource Explorer** update is required.
1. **must be running CCStudio v11.0 or newer (do NOT execute step 2 in older versions of CCStudio)** <br>
2. follow these steps to upgrade Resource Explorer:<br>
- Go to Code Composer Studio menu **Help → Install New Software ...** <br>
- In the **Install** dialog, click the **Add** button and enter https://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/esd/tirex/updates/tirex-4.11.1 in the **location** field. Then click **OK** <br>
- Select **Resource Explorer** and navigate through the dialogs to install <br>
