New features in this release:

Critical Bug Fixes:
- All: Firewall set API updated to not implicitly give debug permissions
- AM62/AM62A/AM62P: Fix for DeepSleep failing if entered immediately after bootup
- AM62/AM62A/AM62P: Fix for get device constraint bug for hostids > 0
- AM62A/AM62P: Fix to allow setting of DDR PLL to exact 933 MHz
