OMAP35x Platform Support
Package Updates
Platform Support Package for OMAP35x platform comes in two flavours.
The OMAP35x Linux PSP releases 02.xx.yy are based on open
source kernel as baseline and the PSP package 1.0.x series is
based on Linux Kernel Version 2.6.22. Most of the feature additions /
further development will be taken up as part of the 02.xx.yy
releases(on open source baseline). Critical bug fixes /enhancements (on
need basis) will be provided as patch releases on top the PSP 1.0.x
releases.
OMAP35x Linux PSP 02.xx.yy
OMAP35x Linux PSP 02.xx.yy is based on open
source(GIT) kernel. The kernel version will be
revised as development tracks progress on the open source
kernel tree. The kernel
has been compiled with CodeSourcery ARM 2008q1 tool chain.
Compatiblility
/ Workaround info
The OMAP35x Linux PSP 02.xx.yy has been validated on the
OMAP3
EVM board with ES2.1 silicon. Additionally, the OMAP35x PSP
02.01.01.08 release has been validated on the ES3.1 Silicon

OMAP35x
Linux PSP 1.0.x is based on Linux
Kernel Version 2.6.22. The
kernel has been compiled with CodeSourcery ARM 2007q3 tool chain based
on GCC 4.2.1.
Compatiblility
/ Workaround info
The OMAP35x Linux PSP 1.0.x has been validated on the
OMAP3
EVM board with ES2.1 silicon.

evaluation copy of the Sourcery G++ Professional Edition.
