Function to register a VoE receive handler.

This function registers a function pointer which must be implemented by the user. The user defined function will be called any time a VoE frame is received.

Parameters

[in]	pHandle	The pointer to the EtherCAT API instance.
[in]	cbFunc	Function pointer to the VoE receive handler.
[in]	pContext	VoE receiveHandler call context.

Returns

ErrorCode API Error Code.
