Function to register a VoE manual inject test handler.

This function registers a function pointer which must be implemented by the user. The user defined function will be called periodically based on the configuration defines in ecat_def.h.

Parameters

[in]	pHandle	The pointer to the EtherCAT API instance.
[in]	cbFunc	Function pointer to the VoE manual test handler.
[in]	pContext	VoE initHandler call context.

Returns

ErrorCode API Error Code.
