Parse an ESI file from a RAM source.

This function is used to parse an ESI file from a RAM source.

Parameters

pHandle	Pointer to the EC_API_SLV_SHandle_t structure.
pData_p	Pointer to the start of the RAM data.
length_p	Length of the RAM data.
