Introduction

LP-AM261 E1/E2 board provides the support for the following Ethernet add-on boards.

1. Automotive Ethernet add-on Board(DP83TG720-EVM-AM2)
2. Industrial Ethernet add-on Board(DP83826-EVM-AM2)

Currently the on-board Phy(DP83869) is supported in the following out-of-box networking examples: Ethernet and Networking. For information on supporting add-on boards in CPSW Networking examples on Rev-E1/E2 LP-AM261, please refer to Software modification needeed to use Rev-E1 and Rev-E2 version of LP-AM261 EVM

Important Usage Guidelines

Note

Automotive Ethernet PHY(DP83TG720-EVM-AM2) doesn't support auto negotiation and works only in 1Gbps.

Industrial Ethernet PHY(DP83826-EVM-AM2) support has been tested for RMII 100Mbps.
