- Description:
- The recipsp function returns the reciprocal function of a real floating-point argument a. The return value is the number reciprocal value of a.
- Parameters:

- Returns:
- Resultant float
- Special Cases:
- If a is NaN (Not a Number), the return value may be random.
- If a is 0.0, the return value is NaN.
- If |a| > 3.402823e+38 = 2^128, the return value is zero for large arguments.
