Introduction

This package contains Texas Instrument's Deep learning solution for J784S4 SoCs from the Jacinto 7 family

What's New

Major new features in this release are:

  1. Added support for 6 dimensions in Transpose
  2. Support for several new operators: Unsqueeze, Acos, Atan, Cos, CosH, ELU, Neg, Tan, TanH, ScatterElements
  3. Enhanced broadcast capabilities for MatMul, Add & Mul operators
  4. Support for OD Meta-Arch for MobileNetv2-SSD (Torchvision) & FastBEV
  5. TIDL Host emulation shall support runtime redirection of temporary buffers to a specified path (Instead of /dev/shm)
  6. Please refer to edgeai-tidl-tools for further details and known limitations on operator support

Package Versioning

Digit Meaning Description
1 (M=Major) Major revision Incremented when the new version is substantially different from the previous For example, a new module added or an existing module's algorithm significantly altered.
2 (m=minor) Minor revision Incremented when the new version has changed but not in a major way. For example, some minor changes in the API or feature set.
3 (p=patch) Patch number Incremented for all other source code changes. This include any packaging support code.
4 (b=build) Build number Incremented for each release delivery to CM. Reset for any change to M, m or p
