To build xdcprod tree:

1. Update version.txt. for example, change 3.10.00.00 to 3.10.01.45

2. Update src/doc/release_notes.html file if Patch, Point or Major release.

3. Edit import.mak to use new (if any) import trees

4. This tree should be built using a Linux machine for InstallJammer

5. SM-MAKE .clean .all-files > & Make.log &

6. Run the reltree command
