This type has custom encoding

Types with the Encoded attribute have runtime representations that differ so significantly from the meta-domain representation that the default C representation of these types must be overridden. The runtime representation is explicitly defined by the module producer by:

1. declaring the C type in the module's (normally optional) custom C header files, and
2. defining conversions from the meta-domain objects of an encoded type to a runtime value in the module's (normally optional) meta-domain implementation file.
