This is the Generally Available (GA) release of the Linux Digital Video Software Development Kit (DVSDK) version 4.01. Supported platforms are TMS320DM365, TMS320DM368, OMAPL138, OMAP3530 and TMS320DM3730.
Where to start
Please follow these instructions to get started developing software using the DVSDK.
5.3 Execute the installer on the host and follow the instructions:
5.4 Once installation is complete, the Software Developers Guide (SDG) will open. Follow the instructions in the SDG to start developing software.
5.5 The SDG and other documentation can be found in the docs folder of the DVSDK installation directory.
5.6 If desired, the SD card referenced in the QSG can be re-created as described in section How to create an SD card in the SDG.
6. Additional Sources
The DVSDK installer already comes with the sources of the TI software. If you want to download the additional source files of the open source components, download them below as an ISO image (Additional Sources). Note that this is an optional download which is not required to develop applications with the DVSDK.
