TI Linux CI/CD Snapshots

Disclaimer: Snapshots contain functionally verified new features or bug fixes, but the code may continue to evolve during further integration and testing. Documentation is also not complete. As such, snapshots do not receive the same level of support as full releases. Snapshot support is focused on snapshot consumption and application to specific use cases where a new feature or bug fix is needed. Support requests should be specific to the changes in a given snapshot. If at all possible, they should reference specific patches with details about the use case and problem encountered versus expectation. General issues with snapshots cannot be supported. The full SDK release and associated documentation should be used for general development.
