Introduction
The Proprietary RF software package addresses low-power radio communication on the SimpleLink CC13xx/CC26xx device family. It contains
Example projects how to use the RF driver in combination with raw radio operation commands.
EasyLink, a simple PHY layer abstraction for proprietary PHY’s. It builds on top of the RF driver and provides an easy-to-use API for sending and receiving packets with various timing options.

Upgrade and Compatibility Information
The SimpleLink CC13x2 SDK has a slightly different structure than the previous TI-RTOS SDKs. For migrating projects from TI-RTOS SDK 2.21 or to upgrade projects from previous SimpleLink SDK releases, see the SimpleLink CC13x2 SDK Migration Guide.
Operating System Support
The Proprietary RF package builds on all host environments and toolchains supported by the SimpleLink CC13x2 SDK. See the top-level SDK release notes for details.
Dependencies

- SmartRF Studio >= 2.7.0 – for creating and testing PHY configurations.

Validation
All Proprietary-RF example were build and tested with the IDE’s and toolchains mentioned in the SDK release notes.
Versioning
This product follows a version format, M.mm.pp.bb, where:
- M is a 1 digit major number,
- mm is a 2 digit minor number,
- pp is a 2 digit patch number,
- bb is a 2 digit incrementing build counter.
