Instructions for using the patch release

This patch release adds support for
1. ti813x multi proc module
2. fixes ARM frequency scaling issue for ti814x
3. skips executing wfi for ti813x

kernel.patch - unified diff of kernel changes, must be applied from top-level kernel source folder(use patch -p1)
