Instructions for using the patch release

This patch release adds support for LCD, TS driver on DM814x and includes
additional bug fixes applicable for DM81xx. It comprises of three parts

kernel.patch - unified diff of kernel changes, must be applied from top-level kernel source folder(use patch -p1)
examples.patch - patch that fixes compilation failures for video examples. Must be applied from examples folder (use patch -p2)
Updated HDVPSS binary package - includes updated binaries that are re-built against the patched kernel tree.
