Instructions for using the patch release

This patch release adds support for V4L2 capture driver. This patch needs HDVPSS01.00.01.33 binaries for 
supporting V4L2 capture. This patch is required if you want to use V4L2 capture driver. V4L2 capture driver
userGuide is added as a part of PSP userGuide. PSP04.01.00.06 Release notes is updated with patch2
changes.

It comprises of three parts

kernel.patch - unified diff of kernel changes, must be applied from top-level kernel source folder(use patch -p1)
HDVPSS binary package - includes binaries corresponding to 01.00.01.33 HDVPSS release.
examples.tar.gz - This is updated with examples for V4L2 capture.
